Yoga Retreat with Diana Shangguan
Each day begins with morning meditation, followed by guided asana and pranayama practice. The program also includes philosophy sessions exploring key teachings from the Yoga Sutra and Bhagavad Gita, as well as their connections to other traditions. Afternoon workshops offer a deeper dive into topics such as breathwork, hands-on adjustments, variations, and sound healing.
The retreat will be taught in both English and Chinese.
Diana Shangguan has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2013. Her teaching style is calm, exploratory, and meditative, honoring both the traditional lineage of yoga and the individuality of each practitioner.
