Manor house restaurant Balladi and terrace by the lake
Elegant and spacious Restaurant Balladi with an outside terrace is located in the newly renovated manor house and can seat up to 100 guests.
The restaurant’s food concept is simple Nordic style food with seasonal produce. Occasionally there will be international dishes with our own Nordic twist. We collaborate with local farms and sometimes we serve our guests with delicacies picked from the local forests and gardens, such as mushrooms, berries, and herbs from our own fields.
Outside of the summer season (June-August) Restaurant Balladi is mainly open for pre-ordered events. We also have ‘open for all’ events such as Mother’s day and father’s day lunches, brunches, Christmas lunches and the restaurant is occasionally open during the weekends during holidays.

the perfect space for celebrations and gatherings
Restaurant Balladi is a popular venue for big celebrations weddings, birthdayparties and family gatherings.
We strive to have our food, ambiance, and service to sing a love song together.
With a capacity of 100-persons, the restaurant’s interior is light and spacious with big windows towards the lake. Bringing together the Gustavian design and modern manor style, the restaurant’s tables and chairs have been custom made by a small Finnish furniture factory Laitala. Discreet, yet high-end feeling wallpapers, and partial grey wood paneling bring character to the mostly white space. The lighting can be adjusted to fit the occasion, time of the day and year. In the lobby and one of the corners of the restaurant hall there are sofas and armchairs for a more relaxed setting. Outside there is a balcony style terrace with 30 seats and stairs down to the ground level seating for 100 more on the lakeside terrace.
Breakfast
Outside of summer season the breakfast is mainly served as a pre-packed takeaway.
Our breakfast service is a generous spread of quality produce from our local partners. Please let our staff know of any allergens prior your stay, if possible.
Accessibility
The restaurant is accessible with wide doorways and with only a minimal doorstep. Several toilets, including an accessible facility are conveniently on the restaurant floor. There is a granite forecourt leading to the front door and it can be used as a drop off zone.
Balladi restaurant and the manor house are allergy-free areas, but paw some family members are also welcome on the lakeside terrace area.
